Today, our colleague Siebe Grave celebrates 25 years of service at Oldenburger|Fritom. Siebe works as a warehouse operator at our Business Unit Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfilment.

On Tuesday 6 December, our BREEAM Outstanding distribution center in Veendam formed the backdrop for Fritom’s Top 40 meeting. This strategy session, which takes place twice a year, is attended by executives and key officers of Fritom Corporate and all companies in the Fritom Group.

The focus of the regional foundation of the professional football club FC Groningen is decreasing physical inactivity in its catchment area. Training institute A plus and Oldenburger|Fritom are both partners of the foundation. On Tuesday 15 November, A plus Business organized a healthy living workshop for our employees.

On November 10, 2022, Oldenburger|Fritom celebrated its 105th anniversary. Since the foundation of our company, we provide industry-focused solutions in supply chain management. In 2022 among others for ESKA, like Oldenburger|Fritom an established name in the Dutch province of Groningen and a worldwide leading producer of cardboard.

Thousands of children in the Netherlands cannot celebrate their birthday because there is no money for it. The Jarige Job foundation treats these children to a birthday box. From October 15 to November 6, Jarige Job will be treating again. This time on an interactive fall outing: ‘Tour de Loer’.

Today is Sustainability Day in Education. Primary schools, secondary schools and VET schools throughout the Netherlands participate in this every year. Sustainability is also a central theme at Oldenburger|Fritom in our cooperation with regional educational institutions.
