The Fritom Group continuously focuses on process optimization and sustainable innovative solutions. With the Lean Six Sigma method, optimal implementation hereof is ensured. Oldenburger|Fritom guides the Fritom organization in this method.
Last September, therefore, 6 employees of various Fritom companies started the Lean Six Sigma Masterclass:
Frans Andeweg, general affairs manager at Oldenburger|Fritom, is a Master Black Belt and provides the Lean Six Sigma Masterclass internally. During five sessions, he explained how the Lean Six Sigma method can be used. These sessions were based on the DMAIC model: Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control.
An important part of the Lean Six Sigma Masterclass is the execution of a project. All participants initiated and implemented an improvement project within the Fritom company where they work. Last Thursday, during the last session of this Lean Six Sigma Masterclass, these so-called 'best practices' were shared with each other.
With this, all participants have successfully completed the Lean Six Sigma Masterclass. Frans therefore awarded the Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certificate to all of them.
On behalf of Oldenburger|Fritom; Congratulations!
