2020 Christmas donation of €10,000

The coronavirus crisis enhanced the importance of social involvement. That is why Oldenburger|Fritom spends its Christmas gift-budget of €10,000 on charities that make a positive contribution to society.

The demand for food aid increased almost immediately after the coronavirus outbreak, as was the case at the Food Bank Veendam & the region. This year, Oldenburger|Fritom supports the food bank with an amount of €2,500.

The coronavirus crisis also has a major impact on the lives of children. Not least on the lives of children growing up in poverty. It is for this reason, that we support the following two foundations with an amount of €2,500 each:

• The Leergeld Foundation
• The Jarige Job Foundation

Finally, the coronavirus measures also affect many clubs and associations. As the main sponsor, we therefore also support the youth academy of amateur football club DZOH in Emmen with an amount of €2,500.
