White Belt training warehouse employees

The Lean Six Sigma method is the common theme throughout the business operation of Oldenburger|Fritom. That is why all employees in our logistics knowledge organization follow a Lean Six Sigma training course. For example, the internal White Belt training for our colleagues in the warehouse started last week.

During the White Belt training, our colleagues become acquainted with the basic principles and terminology of Lean Six Sigma. This ensures that they look at their work from the same perspective as the management of Oldenburger|Fritom. As a result, we optimally fulfill the strategic objectives of our organization together.

Our Continuous Improvement Manager, Pieter de Jong, will provide the training course in the coming weeks. Our colleagues will follow two workshops and work on a practical assignment. After completing the training, at the end of January next year, they will receive a recognized White Belt certificate.
