White Belt certificate warehouse employees Oldenburger|Fritom

As of today, all warehouse employees of Oldenburger|Fritom are in possession of a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certificate. For this purpose, they have followed an internal training course for the past two months, which was given by our Continuous Improvement Manager, Pieter de Jong.

As is known, the Lean Six Sigma method is the common theme throughout our business operation. That is why all our employees follow a training course that is tailored to their daily work. For our warehouse employees, this means that they have followed a White Belt training course. Since last December, they have been introduced to the basic principles and terminology of Lean Six Sigma. In addition, they have worked on a practical assignment.

Recognized certificate
Today, Pieter was able to award all participants the recognized White Belt certificate. A large number of colleagues immediately registered for the next step in Lean Six Sigma training; Orange Belt. As the Board of Management, we naturally applaud this wholeheartedly and that is why Oldenburger|Fritom will fully facilitate this.
