Owner and former professional footballer Angelo Cijntje guides our employees in achieving their personal goals. Cijntje has dedicated himself to helping people who strive for a healthier lifestyle. Together with his team of experts, he knows how to realize their goals like no other.

Proper breathing
For example, Geert Fokkens of Team Cijntje guides our colleagues in how to breathe properly. This is an important part of our health. Breathing is the most basic function we have and affects almost all processes in our body. In summary, breathing is the radar for our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The right energy balance
Dietary patterns also play an important role in our well-being. Certainly not only in the field of weight loss. There is much more to achieving the right energy balance. Our employees can also rely on the expertise of Team Cijntje in this area.

Curaçao national football team
In addition to his work for Cijntje Personal Fit, Angelo Cijntje is employed as a performance coach by the national football team of Curaçao. He works closely with head coach Dick Advocaat, assistant coach Cor Pot, press chief Kees Jansma and doctor Casper van Eijck. Cijntje physically prepares the players for training and matches. He also provides recovery training.
