Last week our colleague Rianne Timmer celebrates 12,5 years of service at Oldenburger|Fritom. Rianne works at our Business Unit Warehousing & VAS and fulfills the role of SPOC Logistic Support.

SPOC stands for Single Point of Contact. In this role, Rianne is the first point of contact for various customer relationships. She is responsible for order processing and she translates customer wishes and requirements into instructions for the warehouse. The preparation of 8D reports, in which the cause and solution of a problem is examined in a structured manner, is also part of her work and the same applies to updating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
