New distribution center Oldenburger|Fritom

Today Oldenburger|Fritom, part of the Fritom Group, signed the construction contract for a second distribution center according to the highest BREEAM level in Veendam: BREEAM 5-star outstanding.

Bouwgroep Noord, based in the city of Drachten, and Hardeman, based in Veenendaal, will realize the new building. Our distribution center will have 12,000 pallet spaces and 900 solar panels. In addition to sustainability, it is also characterized by innovation, with a fully automatic storage and order picking system. Our sustainable and innovative distribution center is expected to be completed at the end of this year.
