Marienus van der Laan obtains Black Belt certificate

Our colleague Marienus van der Laan has obtained his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate. In line with our continuous learning strategy, Marienus has focused on the Black Belt certification after obtaining his Green Belt at the beginning of this year.

As a certified Black Belt, Marienus is now authorized to initiate major improvements within Oldenburger|Fritom and at our relations. He will also guide our Green Belts and provide tactical and strategic advice as a member of our management team. Including in the field of change management.
