Johanna van Loon celebrates her 5th work anniversary

On June 25, our colleague Johanna van Loon celebrated her 5-year work anniversary at Oldenburger|Fritom. Johanna works as a warehouse operator within our Business Unit Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfillment.

In this position, she and her colleagues focus on our e-fulfillment solutions. This means that Johanna is involved in, among other things, the pick & pack process of online orders related to the B2B or B2C business of our customers.

Culture carrier
In addition, Johanna recently joined our team of culture carriers. Oldenburger|Fritom stimulates a growth mindset among its employees and annually organizes several personal leadership trainings. Our culture carriers work in the various departments in our organization and they regularly speak about our growth mindset culture with their colleagues.
