Erik Mekkes new Operations Director Oldenburger|Fritom

Our parent company, the Fritom Group, recently decided that each operating company must be headed by two directors. This means that our colleague Erik Mekkes will take on the new position of Operations Director as of March 1, 2025.

In his new role, Erik will lead all of Oldenburger|Fritom's Business Units. In addition to our Business Unit Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfillment, Erik is now also responsible for our Business Unit Transport and our Business Unit Freight Forwarding. Erik will remain the contact person for our customers with regard to our warehousing related services.

Our CEO, René Dale, will remain ultimately responsible for Oldenburger|Fritom and Erik will also report to René in his new role.
