Gerard Melessen

Gerard Melessen started working for Oldenburger|Fritom in 2009. He is one of our shift leaders in our warehouse. He is also a member of our First Aid and in-house emergency team. He sees Oldenburger|Fritom as a company that looks ahead and wants to move forward on all fronts. A company that doesn’t lean back and wait but responds adequately to any given situation. “The fact we are always focused on the needs of our customers is what makes Oldenburger|Fritom stand out, with the highest priority being to provide quality services and offering the best possible solution to our customers.”

Gerard adds: “Order and tidiness are also high on our list of priorities. That’s why our warehouse gets inspected by two different employees from various departments every month. All ideas and suggestions from our colleagues are always welcomed. They’re all taken onboard and implemented when and wherever possible. We have a solid organization because we work so closely together.”
