Oldenburger|Fritom is ISO 9001:2015 certified. This international renowned quality standard is aimed at meeting customer expectations, or in other words: ‘say what you do, do what you say and prove it’. That’s why it is necessary that quality processes are managed well within an organization. In this way, risks are brought to a minimum while at the same time we meet the legal requirements. At Oldenburger|Fritom all logistic processes are set up in such a way that optimal customer satisfaction can be achieved. We monitor this process by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
In addition to the ISO 9001 certificate, Oldenburger|Fritom is also certified according to the Dutch quality mark Transport & Logistics. This certification is related to road transportation specifically. At the base of this is the management model from the Dutch Quality Institute. Like for all our logistic solutions, Oldenburger|Fritom offers a reliable service for air freight. We are an IATA member, Regulated Agent and we have the AEO status (AEO-C and AEO-S). With us you are ensured of a high-quality distribution network for your air freight shipments that is recognized worldwide. We provide customs clearance of your shipments at our location in Veendam and we also support you with customs documentation. In this way we offer you a complete air freight service.
In the field of Healthcare Logistics, we are GDP-API registered and also certified according to ISO 13485 for medical devices. Our GDP-API registration shows that we are authorized to store active ingredients of medicines in Veendam and distribute them worldwide. Our ISO 13485 certificate shows that we handle medical devices in a safe manner in the supply chain. With this certificate we meet the requirements that apply according to the EU directive MDR (Medical Device Regulation).
